Our monthly services include domain hosting, meaning you won’t have to pay for both the website and domain, just one set price every month to keep your website alive and running. We provide maintenance, support, and content edits upon request.
We want to take the load off of you—while we maintain and update your site, you can focus on your business, creating a tag-team effort for your success. But, we are also flexible with how you want to handle things. With WebFlow’s collaboration features, you may be added to fill a “seat” for the website, where you can add content, edit CMS content, and manage elements yourself.

our 3-step process
After an initial consultation with us, we will send a contract highlighting the terms and conditions. Once that is signed, we begin our 3-step process of designing and developing your website.
onboarding
Complete the onboarding checklist, which will answer some baseline questions about your business.
design approval
We will send you draft updates, full drafts, and a final draft that showcases what your website will look like. This is the time to make and request design changes.
development
Using the approved final draft, we begin developing your site. We will send a demo link to view the final site before publishing.
frequently asked questions
How long does the process take?
The process from completion of the contract to fully published site can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on project scope, how fast you respond with requested content, and other factors. Generally, with simpler websites, the entire process will take around 3 weeks.
How long does the subscription last?
The contract agreement between clients last a minimum of 12 months and payments are made monthly. After the 12 months have passed, you will keep paying month to month, but can cancel anytime. You will not be able to keep the website after you cancel.
How much will it cost me total?
Our standard price starts at $0 upfront and $125/month after completion. The upfront charge will vary based on how many pages (past 5) are on the website, blog post integrations, etc. Each project can have vastly different scopes of work that will change the upfront cost, but the $125/month will always be constant.
Do I keep the website?
While you have your subscription active, you are a co-owner of the website. The website will always be fully in our hands, and if you decide to cancel the service at anytime, you will lose site co-ownership. If you cancel after the 12 month minimum, we can transfer your domain at your request.
How does the $50 per page after 5 work?
If your website will have more than 5 pages, a $50 per page fee will be added to the UPFRONT charge as a one time fee. For example, if you have 9 total pages, your upfront charge will be $200 one time charge. If you have an advanced website with many pages, get in contact with us and we can discuss further details.
How does the SEO work?
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has two fields of work: On and Off-page SEO. We are experts at on-page SEO and will make sure your site contains high-quality content in order to qualify for high-ranking visibility. For off-page SEO, we will get you connected to our SEO specialist which will provide their own separate pricing plan for their service. SEO is not an overnight hack, and results will likely be seen 8-12 months after implementation even if you have strong off-page SEO.
Can I cancel before the site is finished and get refunds?
During the design phase, if our design cannot satisfy you and you wish to cancel the service, we will refund any initial upfront charges made. If you approve the design and development begins, there are no more refunds, and you may be charged for an early cancellation for unused labor.
Do you offer lump-sum options?
Yes, we offer lump-sum options, but you must get in contact with us to discuss further details. In lump-sum agreements, you will still pay a month to month fee for hosting, which can range from $20-$80 depending on the complexity of the project. Lump-sum deals do not include lifetime updates, but you may cancel the service anytime.
